At IVAH Decor, every product is handcrafted with care using premium materials. Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ivahdecor@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the original packaging

After reviewing your claim, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or repair where applicable.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Natural Wood Variations

As our products are handcrafted from natural wood, slight variations in wood grain, texture, color, and finish are normal and are not considered defects.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production or shipment begins. Once production has started or the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
